Cancellation Policy
No Refund & Cancellation Policy
All services are non-refundable. We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with 24 hours’ notice will not receive a refund, but a service credit will be issued instead. This credit must be used to rebook an appointment within the cancellation period and cannot be transferred to another client.
Each client is allowed up to two (2) cancellations with credit. Any additional cancellations beyond the second will result in a forfeited appointment with no credit issued, regardless of notice given.
Failure to provide proper notice or repeated cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
